"Check in quick and easy. Room was clean and modern, with a step in shower instead of a tub shower, (that one can easily slip in). Plenty of fluffy towels, washcloths… soap, shampoo, conditioner supplied in the shower. Everything clean. TV up to date with easy to control remote, great picture, and adequate sound. clean carpet, easy to use blackout drapes as well as obstructive drapes, so light could come in but people couldn’t see in. A real closet to hang clothes. Adequate lighting. And a central heat/cooling system which comes through vents… not the loud, noisy window unit which doesn’t remove humidity! Staff super friendly, neat and always checking to make sure things were ok. Breakfasts and dinners very good with a wide variety of choices. Pool and hot tub clean and well maintained, (one of the few places where the hot tub actually worked!! Several other hotels claimed to have a hot tub, but reported it was not working after arrival!!!!). Overall very quiet in my room, which made sleeping easy!! (I’m typically very sensitive to noise levels). The only drawbacks I had was a somewhat lumpy mattress that sagged… but I have a bad back and am very particular for supportive/firm mattress. Also, on Saturday and Sunday evening, after dinner, the hot tub was pretty full of kids as young as 3-4 years of age. Parents were watching them sitting outside the tub but not attentive and they were splashing and in and out, the 3 year old jumping into the tub!!! (Very dangerous!!!)"

"My room was clean and very comfortable. A/C was silent, just the way I like it! The check in was easy, and the clerk was very friendly and helpful, too. I will plan to stay here again next year when I come back to Ohio, for sure!"

"We enjoyed our stay here the room was clean. I enjoyed having a smart TV and not needing to hook up a fire stick to the TV. Breakfast was nice the kids enjoyed the freshly made pancake with tons of toppings. The heating and cooling was controlled by a wall thermostat which was nice coming im from Kimgs Island to a nice temperature room. I absolutely adores the lemon scented body wash and hand lotion. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Room was very clean, staff was very friendly and restaurant on site was great! Food was very good and prices reasonable and nice breakfast buffet for breakfast! Yes the building may be older but it was a great place to stay."

"Pros: Affordability, amenities, breakfast, and most importantly the room. The room was clean and also had a smart TV which was a huge plus. Cons: The only two complaints I have are: 1. The market on the property accepted only cash payment and minimum $10 purchase policy. 2. Shiv seems like a very nice guy but had a rough time with some customers that reflected on my experience."
