Traveling from Tx to Ca. Spend the night here the rooms were clean and comfortable, the following morning left at 8am. The breakfast has a variety of different foods. Overall great experience and i would definitely stay here again

Everything was clean and quiet, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good. Whoever designed the shower made the very odd decision to put the controls in the back so that you have to get sprayed by cold water when you turn it on, but it worked well enough otherwise.

Our stay was exceptional! Entire hotel was very clean. Front desk staff very friendly, conversational, and helpful. Being an Interstate hotel, we were pleasantly surprised. Lots of breakfast choices. Indoor pool was quite humid, even with blower fans, but water was a nice temperature. Plenty of fast food choices nearby, and close to outlet mall.

Perfect except for noisy AC

Very new facility, or at least has been very thoroughly remodeled. Room was super clean and would have been five stars except for a very noisy air conditioning unit.

The staff is Amazing!! My and 9 and 7 year old girls have now officially called the front attendant "their Bestie". They do it for the morning & evening attendant. Nonetheless, they've never done that before. I'd say 💯 awesome hotel! Thank you!!

The facility was nice and clean, and the staff were wonderful. The shower was amazing, and I will be buying some of that shampoo and conditioner. However, the bed was pretty horrible and the pillows also. They were way too soft and lumpy and I could not sleep. Also, the room had a strong, musty or odor that did not go away.

The hotel and people checking me in were nice. The low rating is because the water in my room never warmed up. Before I checked out, I reported it and asked to be refunded part of the steep price I paid to stay here. A few days later I’d received no contact from management so called the hotel. I was told a manager would call me back. It’s been about a week and still no contact from management. I could’ve stayed somewhere much less expensive and most likely had a hot shower. I travel frequently and this place won’t get any more of my business because they failed to make it right. Hot water is a requirement for me.
