"This was a nice stay and convenient to Bok Tower Garden."

"The complementary breakfast was nice. The rooms could use a little bit of a refresh our room had a slight mold smell and then the hot water did not work in the sink. We also had to ask for a new mini fridge as it was not getting cold. The shower rods are rusted which made it a little difficult to open and shut the curtain. I would stay here again my daughter enjoyed herself. "

"I had a very mixed experience at Rodeway Inn & Suites Winter Haven Chain of Lakes. The biggest issue was the cleanliness of the room—it did not meet basic expectations. Because of that, we didn’t feel safe or comfortable staying. We ended up only being there for about 3 hours just to rest briefly and let the kids enjoy the pool before deciding to leave and head back home. The pool area was actually decent and seemed to be one of the better-maintained parts of the property. However, I was also disappointed that the hotel advertises a free continental breakfast, which was not available during our stay. That felt misleading and should be clearly communicated. I do want to highlight that the front desk clerk was amazing—very professional, kind, and helpful. Honestly, they were the best part of the entire experience and handled everything with a great attitude. Overall, due to the condition of the room and the lack of advertised amenities, I wouldn’t stay here again, but I do appreciate the excellent customer service from the staff."

"I’m a member but the members price vs the Expedia price was $35 different. I booked through Expedia to save the $$. At the time of Booking, the woman told me that I could have late check out. I just had to talk to the front desk in the morning, when I called the front desk in the morning, they told me no because I was not a member and I told him I was and she said well since I booked it through third-party I was not able to get late check out. I have never been denied late checkout from any of the hotels that I’ve travel at Naomi was very rude at the front desk. The woman from the day before was amazing, but I can’t say that for Naomi."
