The check-in process was a nightmare! The employer was as rude as Ive EVER experienced! The owner, Frenchie was super nice & is trying to remodel & bring back the motel! I have a fractured back & asked for 1st floor & ck-in would not help me!

Don’t let the pictures deceive you, the beds are clean and bug free, the front desk staff is helpful, friendly and will engage with you in conversation, the pillows are soft and the beds are comfortable! There is a great little Mexican restaurant straight across the street, McDonald’s right down the road and a dollar general. My stay was fantastic and I look forward to staying again! Really enjoyed our stay. Frenchie was very helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to converse with. Rooms are clean, staff are polite and friendly. We will stay there again when we come back to Franklin.

clean rooms. quiet. no road noise/traffic from the road out front at night. bed was comfortable. tv had plenty of channels. rooom was clean. shower had hot water. towels could use a new batch.

This hotel is unbeatable for the price. The rooms, furnishings, and bedding were clean and of a higher quality than you would expect at this price point. The staff were very responsive, friendly, and helpful. The location and security are excellent. I will DEFINITELY stay there again, since I return to the Smokey Mountains area several times a year, and this is the best combination of security, comfort, and convenience I have found in the area.

ne and my fiancee left with pink eye the dust behind the dresser was 4 inches deep. the bathroom fooor hadnt been mopped for a very long time and the police showed up a few times because during the night. no sleep no rest no relaxation no serenity.

The room was nice. I enjoyed the outdoor openness of the hotel. I’ve already booked this same hotel 2 more times and will continue staying at this location when I visit.
