"I love this property. I just stayed for my 4th time. The staff are all very friendly and its always nice to see the same gal at front desk at least 3 of the times I've stayed. The continental breakfast area if very well set up and the food selections are very good. the starbucks coffee machine is great as well.. I would recommend this hotel . "

"No ocean was not visible and we contracted for a partial view. Upon check in staff blamed Expedia and made no attempt to accommodate us. Twice we had to call to have room cleaned. TV was terrible. Overhead lights were out, we spoke to maintenance twice but bulbs were never replaced. In spite of these problems we did enjoy our stay."

"This was a lively spacious location for exploring Key West. It was close to Mile Marker 0 and many restaurants. We could easily walk to Duval Street and even Mallory Square-about 1.5 miles away. The area was safe and relatively quiet. The pool area was very pretty with plenty of chairs and shade. I would definitely stay here again."

"Pool View could see ocean from room through trees. Good property, but elevator was broken. Maid service mediocre, they seemed to do their job with a grudge. Food expensive but mediocre in quality. Fortunately many great restaurants very near by. Walk down the beach to the left about 50 yards and you are at Louies Backyard, one of the best on Key West."
