"We recently stayed at this conveniently located hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The property itself is a bit older, but very well kept and clean throughout. The pools were especially clean and appeared to be well maintained. The breakfast had several convenient options with self-serve waffles, fruit, hard boiled eggs, pastries, and oatmeal. We appreciated the Starbucks coffee machine where guests could grind beans fresh for coffee. The water bottle refill station was another thoughtful touch and very helpful during our stay. The evening happy hour with wine and cubed cheese was a nice bonus as well. Our room was a little on the small side, but was comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well, which we appreciated. The staff was consistently friendly, responsive, and accommodating. The only challenge we experienced was with parking. The on-site lot is quite small with only about six spaces available for a fee. On two occasions, a maintenance truck blocked our exit and we had to ask the front desk to have it moved. To their credit, they handled it promptly each time. Our only real concern was the daily $40 hotel amenity fee, which we unfortunately overlooked at the time of booking. After going back and reviewing our confirmation email, we did see that it had been disclosed. Overall, despite a few minor inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness, amenities, and helpful staff. We highly recommend this hotel and will return."

"Well, the room description doesnt state that there are a lot of very steep stairs to climb. I currently have mobility issues related to a fracture to my tibia i sustained last December. I called the resort on the way there to ask about a cancelation related to parking possibly being an issue. Note that at that time i wasnt even aware of the stairs to get to the room. I am revognized as handicap by the ADA. Keep in mind also the description of the property list the room we booked as handicap accessibile. The manager told us there was a no refund policy. He then ask us if we are still coming. Of course we are still coming since we dont have a choice we paid 500 dollars for 2 nights. We get there to discover steep stairs. I do my best to make it up to the room which took me quite a while. We get up to the room to discover very unclean accommodations. Grease above the stove on the pot rack holder, dirty carpets in the bedroom, dirty floors, a hole in the closet wall with plastic covering it, mold on the shower curtain, paint chipped off the walls, dirt on the walls rusted lamp base, rusted shower curtain rod, dishes had dust on them, dirty silverware in the dishwasher, (that we washed) Called expedia about the conditions and no handicap access. Expedia called manager again about a refund. Manager declined stating no refund policy. Expedia gave me a letter for reimbursement thru my travel insurance. Acknowledging the unacceptable health concerns related to unsanitary condition"
