Drury Inn & Suites Bowling Green

"The front desk staff and breakfast staff get 10 Stars!!! The people were friendly and extremely helpful. The lady at breakfast with delightful and greeted us every morning with a smile. The manager was kind and always checking on us. We did have a problem with the fridge and they came up and took care of it right away. They also called the next morning to make sure everything was running smoothly. The only disappointment was with housekeeping. We only requested housekeeping one day out of seven and they did a terrible job. Our sink was not cleaned. Garbage did not get emptied. The floor was not vacuumed. The fridge was left open. Our toilet paper and tissue were not replaced. The bed was sloppily made."

"We were very surprised to find a complete fully stocked kitchen, including a dishwasher, in our room. An the shower......WOW!!!! Words can not describe what an experience that was. 5 shower heads! I will give that shower a 10 for sure. Our bedroom had a small balcony but unfortunately it was too hot to enjoy it. The bed was very comfortable and just the right firmness for our taste. This was such a unique hotel experience and we really enjoyed staying here. Will most definitely stay here again if given the opportunity."

"The staff was outstanding. Front desk staff were efficient, knowledgeable, very friendly. Breakfast had lots of choices; staff kept everything well stocked. Monday evening social was a welcome surprise with $1 beer, $2 wine and free appetizers/food. The outdoor pool was clean, well maintained and very refreshing. Our room was clean, comfortable, a/c was nice and cool during 95+ temps outside. Thank you!!"
