"We stayed one night on our way home from a mountain trip. As Chimney Rock is a favorite of ours, we wanted to see how the recovery was going and support the communities recovery. The Inn is fully restored. It was peaceful to sit on the porch and watch the river. You can obviously tell there is a lot more to restore and rebuild. We will return to continue to support the community"

"This is a lovely secluded area. The cabin is well-appointed and the host was very friendly. It's close to Chimney Rock state park."

"The reason I gave the Inn a poor rating on amenities was the bar was closed, the restaurant was closed, and the staff(which was excellent) was only on duty from 8 a.m.to 8 p.m. Lucky we didn't need anything as the rooms were well stocked, but if we did we would have to call and wait for a person to come help. I think that the Inn should have let me know they were on a winter schedule until Memorial Day and the bar and restaurant were closed. I probably would have booked somewhere else. It is a historic hotel and I understand the fixtures are old, but the toilet kept cycling and as mentioned no one was available to fix it after hours. Not a big problem but a little annoying. I will state once again that the two ladies at the front desk were friendly, efficient, and super nice. Thank you ladies."
