Bistro breakfast was excellent!! The staff waa friendly, knowledgeable and gave great service!! Check in/front desk staff was accommodating and worked thru a check in issue together. The bed/mattress was not comfortable at all my back and neck still hurt. It was hard and that is my only complaint. Other than that I really enjoyed our stay!

Clean and Bed was Comfortable

Wonderful stay. Honored my request for a corner room with no neighbors and allowed me to check in a bit early. The people up front were super kind and my boyfriend and I had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel was clean and spacious. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

This was my second opportunity staying at this property. I was not let down like other hotels I have stayed at that have started to decline and their service, cleanliness, and customer service. Courtyard by Marriott Hickory is a great property to stay at and has the most friendly staff. Definitely earned five stars and I will be staying here again.
