"This is the most delightful hotel with a really welcoming host. Everyone in our group was really pleased with their room and they are still talking about how great it was. This will definitely be a hotel we'll stay at agian if we're going that way."

"The Hotel is nice and the rooms are clean. The only problem is the breakfast in the morning. Tables will not be cleaned when guests are finished and difficult to find someone from the staff when you have a question or to need something. The breakfast basic. The food in the restaurant was ok. "

"Didn’t realise that the hotel didn’t have a night porter , so couldn’t check in. Ideally located for business trip to local pharmacy company, but hopeless if you can’t gain access. I would have thought it may have been courteous if the hotel would have prompted me as we’ve become so reliant on assumptions that text has been read, that o ended up sleeping outside in the car overnight when the temperature was minus 3."

"This hotel has so much potential unfortunately it wasn’t to the normal standard that a three star German hotel is. The restaurant was open from 6 pm till 8 pm for dinner if you arrive at 7:45 pm it’s too late and that is ridiculous as for breakfasts The cheeses and hams and eggs weren’t replenished so choice was greatly limited. "We were first offered an upstairs apartment but I explained my condition and was immediately offered a beautiful ground floor flat with all amenities We didn’t use them except the kettle and the shower was great The sitting area and bedroom was a lot better than expected All in all fully recommended for short or long stay. The town with its tree lined foot ways was a peaceful dream Parking was private and secure.. Thank you for our stay"

"The staff are lovely and the location is great The rooms are dated and need refurbishment. The bed was uncomfortable and the king size bed was covered with two small sheets rather than one big one. The sink had a big crack in it. I wouldn’t have sold that room with that sink. There’s a lot of noise from restaurant patrons leaving and the people in the rooms above made a lot of noise at 2am. The restaurant is amazing and made up for the room. However, breakfast on the weekend is from 8am...
