A gem in a tourist area of Crete, amazing service!

Very clean resort, staff was friendly, polite and very helpful. Amazing food within All Inclusive plan. Pools clean and sea view is great.

The staff at the bars and restaurants were lovely, the staff at the main desk were quite blunt but not as far as rude. The rooms were nice however beds were uncomfortable and our room in particular was blessed with loud music until early hours of the morning and traffic noise non stop.

Das Hotel ist ansich gut, die Familienzimmer sind sehr veraltet, das Bad gehört renoviert. Das Essen ist gut und reichhaltig. Der Speisesaal ist schön und das Personal achtet auf auf Sauberkeit. Leider wurde unser Zimmer nur auf Nachfrage gereinigt.

Un souci à l'arrivée avec la confirmation de la chambre mais la direction a fait le nécessaire pour nous trouver une solution avec un surclassement et est revenue vers nous à plusieurs reprises pour s'assurer que tout allait bien.

Das Hotel ist groß, aber durch die vielen kleinen Häuser und Gassen (angelegt wie ein Dorf), welche schön beleuchtet sind und sehr viele Grünflächen haben, merkt man es kaum. Auch wenn die Anlage einige Jahre alt ist, wird sie fortlaufend gepflegt und instandgesetzt / renoviert. Es ist sicher entfernt von Perfektion, aber zugegeben, dass erwarte ich auch nicht von einem auf Touristen ausgelegtem Hotel in Südeuropa, direkt am Meer mit salzhaltiger Luft. Essen und Service sind sehr gut und lassen kaum Wünsche offen. Jeder ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, wie auch tatsächlich bemüht das Anliegen zu erfüllen. Nur die Umgebung ist sehr touristisch, laut und eher wenig attraktiv, ganz zu schweigen von landestypisch. Hier dominieren austauschbare Bars, Restaurants und Ramschläden.

Das Hotel ist extrem in die Jahre gekommen und stark renovierungsbedürftig. Die Reinigung des Zimmers und der Toiletten in der Hotelanlage ist mangelhaft. Das Essen war in Ordnung. Wir werden aber definitiv nicht wiederkommen.

We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een paar kleine puntjes waar we niet zo blij mee waren, zoals de koelkast op de kamer die veel geluid maakte en de grote van de douchecabine die mag voor ons wat groter.

Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die Getränke. Sehr süß, keine original Coca Cola o.ä. Gleicher all-inclusive Cocktail hat je nach Tag einen anderen Geschmack. Die Buffets sind hingegen hervorragend. Zwar wenig wirklich griechische Küche, aber dennoch sehr lecker und eine große Auswahl. Die Zimmer und gesamte Anlage sind in einem super Zustand und sauber.

Fint hotell for de fleste

Veldig behjelpelig betjening. Vi fikk først et rom som var svært mye støy på og ikke spesielt god komfort, men ble tilbudt et annet rom etter at vi ga tilbakemelding om at vi ikke var fornøyde. Frokosten var veldig god, lunsjen også. Anbefaler å variere litt med hvor man spiser. Restauranten la strada som tilhører hotellet var vi veldig fornøyd, viktig å bestille bord maaange dager i forveien. Ellers kan man spise på buffet. Fin strand og bassenger, men utrolig irriterende at folk reserverte senger. Dette bør hotellet virkelig gjøre noe med da det utallige senger som står tomme fordi folk legger håndklær på dem. Står i papirene man får utdelt at dette ikke er lov, men hotellet passer ikke på at gjestene følger dette. Veldig koselig inne på selve hotellområdet. Passer godt til familier, venner og sikkert også par. Ikke så mye underholdning på hotellet, men dette føltes egt greit da det var rolig og fint. Er gratis bar hele dagen frem til kl 23. Vil også anbefale å besøke restauranten palmera beach ganske nær hotellet og sitte på stranden der.

Einzigartig war die Unterstützung der Hotelleitung bei unserem medizinischen Notfall.Unser herzlicher Dank auch an Herrn Evangelos.Das Hotel ist sehr schön angelegt.Es gibt einen grossen Meerwasser und einen normalen Pool. Was auch sehr wichtig ist : es sind genügend Liegen vorhanden !!! Grosses Lob an die Küche - sehr abwechslungsreich, sehr schmackhaft und jederzeit genügend . Das Hotel kann man sehr empfehlen

nice hotel, close to town with easy access to a small beach. The rooms are clean but could do with updating. The complex is based on the style of a Cretan village, which is nice.
