A solid stay for the price and we'd happily return. We arrived late due to a flight delay and messaged ahead to let them know, only to be told not to worry at all as reception is staffed 24/7, arrive whenever you arrive. The room was spotlessly clean throughout, as were the pools, which we noticed being cleaned every morning. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choice and everything tasted nice. We didn't make use of the evening entertainment ourselves, but others did. The location was a real strength, quiet enough to get some sleep but a five minute walk or less to restaurants, the beach and shops. We had a hire car and never once struggled to find parking at the hotel. Two small criticisms, more observations than complaints. Housekeeping tended to knock around 8.30am each morning and there was no door hanger option to signal "do not disturb". With a young child and family members still asleep most mornings, we had to turn them away a few times, though I'm sure they'd come back later if we asked. The main point is that if we didn't answer the door they would have come in to clean, thinking we were out. We also found the beds on the firmer/less comfortable side. Other than that, Staff throughout were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and the location couldn't be better for the price, so would recommend.

Facilities were decent and our stay was mostly comfortable. Nicely situated close to many beaches and restaurants. Staff were very accommodating and always ready to help. Many families choose this place for a reason as it's kid-friendly and has a variety of things for all ages to do from mini golf to football, ping pong, basketball and a few pools for all abilities. Only down side for us was the air con not working properly in one of the bedrooms making it uncomfortable to sleep in.

Excellent. Family room facing the sea was excellent. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of activities for kids. 2kids swimming pool, kids play area, mini golf etc. Food for breakfast and dinner had lot of options and delicious. The price was reasonable and there were no hidden costs. We extended our stay to enjoy the hotel. We will definitely visit again. Room for improvement: new televisions.

This hotel is wonderful for families. The rooms allow lots of space to spread out. The resort provided activities every night and a great breakfast every morning.My husband and I liked enjoying happy hour playing games by the pool while our daughter played with other kids she met at the resort. Each night we would walk the 5 minutes to get to lots of restaurants and shops. The beach was only about a 5 minute walk beyond that. Many excursions will pick you up from this hotel, so it made experiencing Crete very convenient. The hotel itself is a great value. Will return for sure.

Night reception didn't know where rooms were so took us the longest, most complicated way to the rooms. Once there rooms were on different floors. Front door would only shut if slammed. Nice breakfast, plenty of sun loungers. Pool was clean and great temperature

Our maisonette was huge. Towels and bedding changed frequently but the floors were not swept meaning sandy beds a few days. I would happily of brushed them had there been a brush. The aircon upstairs was brilliant. Downstairs was ancient and needs replacing. The cover actually fell of the wall onto my daughters bed! Breakfast was better earlier on around 9ish. You cpukd always get a sunbed too which is a bonus. Bar prices were similar to town and snack menu was good. It was a little too far out for us though but on the flipside it offered peace and quiet.

La propreté de la chambre est un plus, la piscine est bien entretenu,le personnel c est comme partout selon les caractères, l emplacement est très bien, le minigolf est la salle de musculation a l abandon mais c est un détail,le terrain de foot sympa, Pas de parking mais quelques places disponibles devant,le buffet je dirais 4/10, vraiment pas terribles...

Bel hotel

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet hotel. L'accueil fut chaleureux. La chambre est grande et bien équipée. La climatisation est efficace. La literie était confortable. Un lit parapluie est disponible gratuitement sur demande. Cet hotel dispose de bonnes prestations, adapté pour les séjours en famille et proche de la plage. Ils proposent un buffet pour le diner bien fourni et très peu cher. Le petit déjeuner est également très bon, avec de bons produits et très varié. Je recommande vivement cet hotel.

C'est un très bon hôtel familial, le personnel est super surtout a la reception. Il ya de nombreuses piscines et activités a l'hôtel et ses alentours !!!
