"Close proximity to the train station . The refrigerator in the room is not very cold. I realize it is a bar fridge but the beer we bought was warm even after 2 or 3 days. The reception desk was courteous and helpful. The breakfast room staff were cordial and friendly. Even a 'student' helping the regular attendant was great at handling a whiny, demanding couple who took almost all of the food from the buffet to their ow table . The breakfast had a good variety of items. The courtyard was also enjoyable, a small green and quiet space in the middle of the city with the sun shining through in the afternoon. Our room was very clean when we checked in and we truly enjoyed staying there. I would book there again."

"This hotel is a great option if you’re staying in Munich since it’s just a 5 minute walk from the main train station. The room was a bit small, but not bad by European standards and the shower stall was a decent size and the bed was comfortable. Unusual for a European hotel, the room had an air conditioner which would be a game changer in warmer weather. The price was quite good for a heart of Munich hotel and for what you get it is well worth it. I wish I had stayed there my entire time in Munich instead of just the night before flying home. You will save a good bit in public transportation costs as well since you’re right there at the main station. I absolutely recommend this property."

"Spacious and comfy room, great shower and fantastic sized bed. We were able to check in 3 hours early which was amazing after a very early morning for travel. The street the hotel on is a bit rough but if you turn right out the front door of the lobby and go that way towards the city centre it’s a lot better and it was a great location for a morning run. 10-15 minute walk into the main touristy area of Munich and very convenient for the station."

"The location of the hotel is great, only 7 minutes walk from the train station. Very welcoming and friendly staff. The room is spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning was great for sleeping in the heat (even though it’s September, it’s still quite hot). We’ll stay in this hotel again if passing through Munich."
