"Lovely hotel, great room and staff very polite and helpful. We didn’t use the Spa facilities but we may stay longer next time and use them. It’s a shame the Brothers Grill was closed however we dined across the road and it was very good. Lovely atrium area for a quiet chill with a local fruit beer! What’s not to like? "The rooms are not very big however all the necessary amenities are there. We were there on the hottest days of the year and did not feel anything as the AC was working wonders. The staff is helpful and accommodating."

"Het hotel is vanuit de parkeergarage moeilijk te vinden, met de bewegwijzering loop je een rondje. bij de roltrap wijst hij namelijk niet naar boven en daarna is ook niks meer te vinden. Verder was het hotel prima, personeel met inchecken was ook goed. Helaas in de avond wilde wij nog naar de bar die tot 2300 uur open zou zijn maar deze was vanwege voetbal dicht, ze wees ons naar een sportbar en weer was dit een slecht aangegeven en ook slecht aangegeven door het personeel. "Zentral gelegenes Hotel in umgebauten Altbau. Sehr großzügiges Zimmer und Bad mit netter kleiner Sitzecke. Etwas schwierig sind die vielen einzelnen Stufen, die sich auch durch mit Aufzug nicht vermeiden ließen. Altbau halt."

"Zeer vriendelijke medewerkers. Prima hotel als je voor een goede prijs kiest. Hotel is wat verouderd, rook niet overal superfris, de kamers waren wat sfeerloos en gedateerd en we hadden geen douche (ook in het bad douchen was niet mogelijk). Pluspunten: ruime kamer, bedden sliepen lekker, verduisterende gordijnen, airco, laadpaal, prima ontbijt (niet echt een buffet). Verder ligt het hotel afgelegen, wel voldoende parkeerplek."

"Stopped here after a long drive from Calais. Nice place with helpful staff. The air con was very welcome and so was the complimentary beer in the bar. The breakfast was well worth for the view from the terrace."
