"Staff were very unfriendly and not welcoming at all.Infact we were made to feel they were doing us a favour by letting us stay there.
They wanted an extra £35 per person just to use the pool or spa area but had no interest in us as guests.
Rooms were drap and basic would not ever stay there again "
