Bisinii is a wonderful experience for anyone wishing to feel special for a few days. The property is immaculate, the neighborhood is quiet and offers first class restaurants and beautiful night clubs, only a couple of blocks away. The Bisinii restaurant is first class with a varied menu, and, the included morning breakfast, is first class. The people at the desk are friendly and so are the waiters and the room service personnel. Bisinii is ready to solve any problem. We had a light malfunctioning in the room, and they had it repaired in 5 minutes. The pool is spectacular, with awesome restaurant & drinks service. They offer barbecue in the evening by the pool and at the adjacent restaurant. Quite a treat! For some reason, the pool lights were not functioning and that was a disappointment because we love bathing in the evening. The TV in the room is a good size but the cable service Bisinii hired is limited to very few channels, most, if not all, in Spanish. The room is beautiful and spacious, very well cleaned snd beautifully decorated. The bed is heavily! This was our 4th stay at Bisinii, and it gets better every time.

Hotel numa area mto boa. Instalacao ok! Chiluveiro mto ruim E acho que me roubaram pq pedi comida no quarto e restaurante do hotel disse que era 20'dolares para levar no quarto!!!! Oi?!! Surreal. Nao hospedo la nunca mais! Nao suporto ser passada pra tras!

Tudo ótimo, mas com ressalva.
Região mais tranquila, pois o hotel fica dentro de um condomínio, tem maior segurança. Atendimento, limpeza, quartos, todo ótimo. Um fator que causou um pouco de incomodo, foi o barulho dos carros que passam na rodovia próximo do hotel. Reservamos um quarto de frente para a piscina, mas também ficava de frente pra rodovia. O hotel precisará fazer as aberturas com isolamento acústico, pelo menos para os quartos que ficam de frente pra rodovia. Se ficarmos novamente neste hotel, vou reservar um quarto do outro lado.

ótimo hotel, mas o ar condicionado do quarto está mal localizado, fica direto no rosto e o controle fica preso na parede. Não dá para aguentar ficar com o ar ligado o tempo todo, pois mal dá para abrir os olhos e cada vez que tinha que desligar, tinha que levantar da cama. Ficamos apenas uma diária. Hotel muito bonito, todos os ambientes bem limpos e perfumados. Os profissionais do hotel todos bastante atenciosos e prestativos. Jantamos no restaurante do hotel e notamos que não há um cardápio muito amplo, porém a comida estava boa. Quartos, camas e banheiros excelentes.

Das Hotel Bisinii ist einfach fantastisch. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, wir hatten selbst mit Zustellbett noch viel Platz für 3 Personen. Es ist alles sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Mitarbeiter sind höflich und zuvorkommend. Unser Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen.
