โรงแรมและที่พักเอร์โมซา ปัลมส์

"This property was amazing! The staff were all super nice and helpful the property was beautiful just as the pictures show if not better in person! It wa so peaceful and relaxing and with the wonderful restaurant on site and the ocean view we did not have to leave the resort for anything! It was difficult to find with gps but with a little help we found it! I would recommend 10/10."

"Exc y hermoso lugar. Recomendado sin duda!"

"Hubo un pequeño problema con el jacuzzi , pero el personal muy atento me cambió de habitación en cuanto lo reporte y me dieron un bono de $30 consumibles en el restaurante, por mi parte quedó muy satisfecho con la solución"

"Great place next to the beach. Quiet and peaceful. The front desk staff are always amazing and very accommodating and friendly. I’ve stayed here before and always come back. Highly recommend this place."

"Staff was great and helpful. Great breakfast, food and drinks. Nice swimming pools and perfect for kids and adults alike. Nice gardens and open areas. Big rooms although somewhat outdated. The only black dot (for me at least) was that they have too many restrictions and they make sure you know about them. There are signs containing the words "no", "can't", "don't", "prohibido", etc all over the place and that can be overwhelming and give you the feeling that you are being watched all the...

"No nos gustó la habitación. Algo menos que aceptable. El frigorífico no funcionaba, las ventanas no tenían mosquiteras, No era un sitio cómodo y agradable para estar. Pero la parte común, nos gustó mucho. Piscina e instalaciones limpias, bien cuidado y un buen servicio."

"The people here are so nice. The hotel was so cute. I literally got to sleep next to these pretty lights. In my room the towels were all designed. Plus, the property makes sure you’re safe. They have a gate to protect your car. They have overnight staff to help you with anything you need. And it’s a wonderful area. Very safe and fun at the same time. Everyone was nice and welcoming. When I checked in they even gave me an umbrella. These people really care about others. I’m from America and I was...

"I’ll be back next time I come to town"

"The private room was very clean and just big enough to stretch out. The air conditioning was very strong. Nikki, the receptionist on duty during our stay, was a wonderful help to us and devoted some of her own time helping us plan our time in Jaco. The pool is lovely, and the hostel owners make a wonderful Gallo Pinto for breakfast every morning."

"Bad customer service..."

"Muy bonito y limpio, solamente un poco largo de la playa"

"We can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was. The people we met there had all stayed there 3-5 times previously. We also plan to come back again. The staff treated us like family. The property is pure paradise. The food was 5⭐️."
