I would really recommend Esplanade as a place to stay in central Hermanus. The apartment was very comfortable and superbly equipped. It is also ideally located. The staff were really friendly and efficient.

Self catering with excellent facilities. Kitchen area well equipped. The whole apartment was spotless and internally quite. White linen and towels, shampoo, body wash and lotions of good quality provided. Lots of good restaurants and bars around the shop. The wale watching areas across the road.

Wonderful house and location. There was a muscommunication about the pool being heated - it's actually solar heated and owner has now changed the description online. The pool could therefor NOT be heated nor used when we were there and the heated pool was the main reason we chose this house with our young children. Otherwise a great rental!!

Gute Lage aber es sind extrem viele Sachen kaputt in den Zimmern. Duschschlauch hat sich vom Kopf gelöst, Teile der Küche waren kaputt, vieles hat nicht funktioniert und es hat in der Küche ein wenig muffig gerochen wenn man die Besteckschublade geöffnet hat als wenn es hinter der Küche mal einen Wasserschaden gegeben hätte und das Klo hängt sehr schief. Ansonsten war die Lage und die Freundlichkeit des Personals super. Man konnte gut parken und es ist ein sehr guter Grieche direkt nebenan Top

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Apartment, das wirklich rundum überzeugt hat. Alles war sehr sauber und in einem absolut neuen, modernen Zustand. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit – bereits bei der Ankunft wurden uns die Koffer abgenommen und wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir auch die sichere Garage für unser Auto. Das Zimmer selbst war toll, mit einer großartigen Aussicht, die den Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet hat. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Excellent apartment. Situation overlooking the sea, very convenient for shops and restaurants. Staff super helpful and friendly. Private parking. Apartment was lovely and clean with all amenities required. Tastefully furnished, ample towels and toiletries. Only slight issue was the gate to the parking lot not closing but was assured this would be fixed. Would certainly recommend for a Hermanus stay.

super comfy and great location

loved our overnight stay, wonderful views of the ocean and mountains. the unit is beautifully decorated with everything you need. very central and easy to walk to restaurants etc. staff were excellent, very helpful. only point to improve is on sustainability, be great if drinking water was not in plastic bottles and invest in coffee plungers rather than disposable pods.

Staff were friendly and did their best in the unfortunate situation which was out of their control as power was off when we arrived. It was due to planned maintenence which was due to be completed sooner than 9pm when electricity was eventualy restored. On the second day the electricity switch on the DB board also tripped due to a faulty toaster which apparently happened previously but was not investigated thoroughly Overall the stay was good but could have been excellent if electricity problems was not present

A toilet with a view

We chose this location because of the nice finishes and great location. While the apartment was generally if a high standard, the toilets are located in the bedrooms and not in the lounge communal area. The sliding door to the toilet/shower room has a 1cm gap all around, offering no privacy for those in the toilet nor in the bedroom. A little awkward for everyone.

Our second stay, as good as the first. Clean modern interior. Very well situated close to restaurants and shops. Waterfront position with great views. Fantastic friendly and helpful staff.

Localização ótima!

Ficamos apenas uma noite, ainda bem pois não tinha ar condicionado.. não me atentei a isso quando reservei. Mas no mais foi uma estadia ótima, apartamento bem confortável, limpo e bem cuidado. Bem localizado.

Everything was fabulous! Staff are friendliest ever and everything in apartment looked brand new - high quality finishes etc. We were allowed to check in as soon as our apartment was ready and we could leave our car in parking garage till 1pm on day of check out which was also very helpful.
