Very central location on thriving high st with a great range of independent shops, cafes and restaurants. Many walks from this location too. We will use again for sure."

"This hotel is handy for the airport and there is a shuttle to the airport for a small charge. The staff were friendly but we were only there to sleep before an early flight, so didn’t use the bar/restaurant. The room was an okay size, but the curtain didn’t cover the window properly so light got in. The sofa bed for my daughter was sloping which wasn’t ideal. For an airport hotel, there was no decent soundproofing, so you could hear the flights late at night."

"They do not have a loading and unloading zone like most hotels, which makes getting your suitcases in and out of the hotel difficult and the parking spots are so narrow that even my compact car had trouble opening the doors on both sides to get in and out of the car. The staff was not helpful with this and overall were unable to answer my questions in a way that made sense. The toilet door had roughly a 1-inch gap, which meant there was a clear line of sight both from inside and outside.
