They even let them move up to the higher floor for a better view of the lighthouse, as the room was available. They have stayed here in the past and it’s always been an amazing experience! "

We were in a king bed and the pillows were awkwardly small and uncomfortable. They were like for toddlers lol we even got extra pillows/ pillows that were down free… but ya. Pillows are important haha"

Several disturbing visits unannounced by the live-in housekeeper asking personal questions and looking to gossip n challenge this customer's rights to privacy and refund. Fraudulently identification given for the purposes of money refunds n private information. Never asked if anything was needed on the room."
