The Residences at Biltmore
Large 1-bedroom, large bathroom with soaking tub, huge shower, 1 sink. Lots of room in every room: kitchen, family room w/ fireplace, bathroom, balcony and bedroom. Plus in-room washer/dryer. (Dryer was not super efficient, but gas fireplace threw so much heat, dried clothes.) Elevators excellent. ...

It was GOOD - didn't really care for the location - they were doing mainteance repairs from a previous storm - understandable - room was fine

Staff was friendly, efficient and friendly! The room was clean and neat. The breakfast was hot, delicious and varied. However, the pool had something white and bubbly in it and the hot tub had so much chlorine in it half an hour before closing that we had allergic reactions. We stayed at this hotel ...
