"First time in Sweden, this hotel was better then I expected. Rooms are great, very comfortable, sound proof rooms, staff is amazing and speaks English well and can help with everything, the breakfast is by far the best part OMG. "Great experience and good value for money. Nice view of Göta älv from window. Felt refreshing and clean with good facilities: breakfast options, swimming pool, gym & sauna, only fault was no kettle in bedroom, however after speaking to staff I found out that could have been accommodated. Staff were friendly and approachable. I highly recommend and would definitely revisit."

"Had to stand in the rain to get thru the front door so a small portico would help also where to park is not clear so we used the Burger King spaces as none were marked for hotel guests. Otherwise the room was fine and very quiet and breakfast was also quite good at Expresso house next door. Overall I like the concept but you need to be able to contact someone at all times so a contact number in room would help."

"It was quite disappointing because no one told us that there is no reception during the night. We had trouble with our flight and we arrived very late. The restaurant next door was about to close and we decided to ask. The restaurant staff gave us the key. Nobody came to clean our room in the entire 3 nights of stay. People come and go in the rooms next door during the night and you an hear the doors. We can hear cars early morning from the back that can disturb during the our sleep. "
