"The hotel is great and check-in was easy and effortless. I just wanted to make some suggestions: review the breakfast selection and quality and compare with other hotels to ensure its great quality and varied. Pay attention to the small details, at the rate you offer you can include a turn down service, make sure the mattress converters are new as the one in my room was old and worn (i could feel the middle of the bed). Also improve the professionality of your service. Small tweaks can turn your hotel from ok/fine to great! It will also ensure a return guest instead of being a once-off. The staff is very helpful, but perhaps train them to be forward thinking and focussed on great service."

"I had thought the previous reviews too good to be true, but I was wrong. A top-class hotel that is everything many hotels serving airports are not - welcoming, standards-driven and with exceptional staff. Comfortable room, excellent breakfast and dinner, pleasant pool and garden area in keeping with the hotel’s eco-friendly ethos. Airport shuttle efficient and the Waterfront shuttle a bonus. Highly recommended."

"It was our second stay at this amazing hotel. It’s a spectacular location with views across the mountains and vineyards. Lovely room with some really nice touches (e.g. free bottle of their wine). The owners and staff are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. Overall, an outstanding place to stay. We plan to come back."
