Upon check-in, we were not informed that a complimentary breakfast was included every morning — something you would expect to be mentioned, especially when you're paying $1,500 USD a night. Additionally, the resort charges 8–10 times the normal Uber rates to use their shuttle service around AlUla, which feels like blatant price gouging. It's a stunning property, but be prepared to get heavily overcharged for just about everything.

Fantastic experience

We had a really wonderful holiday there. Beautiful rocky view, the best pool to take photos, and tasty food in Tama… The only thing that we feel inconvenient was we have to a buggy when we move to the pool or restaurant. Sometimes we had to wait more than 20minutes.

Way too crowded. There is too many people, including guests and people who are not staying and only go to the restaurant. We had to wait too long to check in and also to check out. The parking area is always full of cars picking up people for tours. In general, the common areas are very small for the amount of people that can accommodate plus the visitors.
