"Room was pretty dirty, sand on the floors and wouldn’t recommend going barefoot unless you want black feet after five minutes. There’s no house keeping and nothing is provided to sweep the floors with, which isn’t ideal having kids who leave a trail of crumbs everywhere they got. The “foot wash station” was disgusting, with the drain clogged and full of cigarette butts."

"The main selling point of this hotel is the incredibly kind and compassionate lady at the front desk. She honestly made our stay enjoyable. The hotel is about 1 1/2 kms from any restaurants but she made it a worthwhile stay. She communicated with us in very relatable manner and provided excellent suggestions. "I had a very disappointing experience and would not recommend this hotel. The pricing was misleading and far from transparent. The listing advertised a room with 3 queen beds and an occupancy of 6, which led us to believe it could comfortably accommodate six guests. However, at check-in, we were told the advertised rate only covered 2 adults, despite the room being listed for six occupants. We were also surprised to learn that children do not stay free. "What a pleasant surprise. We booked a stay here as it was a good location and price for what we required, and was dog-friendly. The bonuses were the complimentary wine-tasting and breakfast, neither of which we were expecting. Staff are all lovely and kind and the morning view from bed looking out at the like was divine."
