"From start to finsh it was a breeze. Check inn was nice and quick also if your a hilton honors member depending on your level you get some extras like free water bottles, cookies, and free wifi. The pool was nice and clean as well as the fitness room. The room was amazing with a king size bed 2 tvs a couch and of course the jetted tub. Check out was nice and quick there is a express check out just drop your keys and go but there is also staff there to check you out. "
"My family and I stayed their for 5 days and it was amazing service from check in to check out, the bar tenders were nice, she even created a personalized drink for me that was not in the menu

"Melhor experiência na rede Holiday Inn Express que já tive. Já me hospedei em outros da mesma rede, principalmente nos EUA, e de longe esse foi o melhor de todos: limpeza excelente, café da manhã com bastante variedade para essa categoria de hotel (sou vegetariana e comi muito bem!), café e chá sempre disponíveis aos longo do dia e atendimento muito gentil. Oferecem transporte para aeroporto Pearson gratuitamente.
Ótima opção para quem quer fugir dos preços absurdos dos hotéis da região central...
"Front lobby staff were excellent and very helpful on check-in, but had a rude experience with one front desk staff when asking for a late check-out, think the name was Karen and maybe a manager, who was very rude. She basically said "late check-out you pay" but when I went to the lobby to ask a young staff, she said "no problem take your time". We only checked-out late by about 15 minutes!
Otherwise the stay was comfortable, the room was big and quiet, the heating system worked well as did the WiFi. Parking was free, near a gas station and just off the highway so it was a good location for our transit stop in an 8 hour drive in the winter."
