There’s a few kinks they need to sort out but they knew the problems are were super accommodating in helping us. Restaurant closes at 5 but they drove us to a restaurant close by so that we could eat!

We had a great stay. Our room had really nice sounds of the river & views. The room was clean nicely everyday & breakfast was good. We really enjoyed the environment.

Maintenance required asap

Overall a very average stay and really not worth the cost. Our room was in desperate need of maintenance. There was terrible dampness and damage to the bathroom cupboards, all the cupboards in the room had not been cleaned which was v unpleasant and the aircon also had issues. Also we were told that breakfast was served at 8am however we were only managing to get breakfast at around 8.40 as staff had not arrived yet and the restaurant wasnt even open yet. We ended up missing our quad biking booking as a result. Menu is also very limited.Its such a pity as overall i think the hotel is lovely and in such a beautiful place but even the swimming pool was under maintenance.I just wish the owners/staff took a bit more care of their guests.

Room not cleaned

The place is beautiful but managed so poorly by staff. After our first night our room wasn’t cleaned. We got to the hotel late and found that In was in the same condition we left it in the morning. After lodging a complaint, we were told that the room we were placed at had one key only. We should have been informed of this upon arrival- plus ALL the other units were vacant after our first night, so they could have placed us in a different unit actually. Of it wasn’t for this, we wild have had an amazing stay. The breakfast was good and the ladies serving us were always friendly, useful and chatty.

Hotel reserve boutique

Great hotel and friendly staff. Would highly recommend this hotel. Close proximity to places pf interest and neighbouring farms you can visit. Would suggest they add more variety to their menu since their restaurant comes up as a place to eat.

We had a great stay in a wonderful cottage where the local jungle animals do not hesitate to pay you a visit at times. It's conveniently situated only 25 minutes from Kruger Park Phabeni gate and equally centrally located to spend a day on the panorama route.
