Concerned about the laundry. Linen (bedding and towels) a bit smelly, are they using enough detergent to wash items? Room a good size and comfortable, site/location handy and quiet. Cafe onsite a bonus.

I dont like to complain but this was the worst hotel we have stayed in and we have stayed all over SA, interstate and overseas. The room was very dirty, the internet didnt work, and the milk was rotten.
All the floors looked like this. Including the bathroom.
This was a clean white face washer I used to wipe the bench. All surfaces were this dirty.
This is the worst part. Dirty cutlery, empty sugar packs, dried orange peel. Foul. This was all jambed in the windows sill above the bunks. It must have been there for weeks. Clearly our room was not cleaned before we stayed

We found this motel to be easily accessible and the room clean. there were clean sheets, towels and a comfortable bed We were out during the day and didn't need luxury extras.

The place was well setup and basic, you cant expect much for the affordability of the place. The staff were amazing and worked within my request for absolutely everything I asked.

Was dubious after reading other reviews. For the price of the room we were pleasantly surprised and would stay there again. I would give it a three star rating out of five. Obviously the rooms could be improved but we were quite comfortable.

in my room the sheets had a stain possible dry blood there was a missing globe over the kitchen area also the tv had bad reception and was just sitting on the table leaning up against the power cord carpets were dirty. It was a lovely quiet spot bed was comfortable air con kept us warm and the shower was lovely.

Location was convenient for our stay and maybe it's a case of if the price seems too good to be true it probably is. It was nice that the air-conditioner was on so the room was already cool on a hot day. One bed had stained sheets, the room had an off-putting smell, the crockery/ cups weren't clean so had to go get dishwashing liquid to use them, badly stained chair fabric, just didn't feel clean and overall sanitary.

I believe the management honestly were trying to keep the property clean and respectable and within a price range for locals to seek safe shelter. Not really appropriate for out of towners seeking cheap accommodation. But I congratulate them for their efforts.

The room smelt like smoke although, the screen door had a hole in it which felt very unsafe, the deadlock was broken so I had to push my table up to the door to feel safe. The towels had stains on them (looked like bleach) It just wasn’t a very nice stay.
