Zimmer war sehr gross, etwas unpersönlich. Safe war nicht vorhanden, war eben nur ein Basic room. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Animal and Environmental harm caused by employees
I recently stayed at Silver Sand Resort on Havelock Island and was deeply disturbed by what I witnessed.
Several times, I saw resort employees throwing rocks at stray dogs that were calm, friendly, and non-aggressive. The island dogs are well accustomed to tourists, and Havelock Island is also widely known to be rabies free.
In one shocking incident, an employee hit a harmless dog with a rock as it walked past the property. The dog cried out in pain, upsetting everyone nearby. When I asked the employee to stop, he said the resort manager had instructed staff to do this.
If guests are uncomfortable around the dogs, there are far more humane ways to handle the situation than hurting innocent animals. This behavior reflects very poorly on the resort and its management.
To make matters worse, employees were also seen littering on the beach and throwing garbage into a neighboring lot (photos attached), showing a serious lack of environmental responsibility.
Future guests who value animal welfare, ethical tourism, and environmental care should be aware of these practices.

It needs a lot of attention before it is a 5 star resort. I would class this as a 3 star. The housekeeping has low standard. The ac and electric wires were left hanging within the rooms!
In my opinion Hotels.com need to reclassify this resort to a 3 star.
