"My flight was delayed so the shuttle wasn’t available but it was only a short taxi from the airport. Restaurant was also closed when I got there but the owner provided a small snack for me. Comfortable and quaint room. Breakfast was very good with lots of options including fruit. The shuttle back to the airport was convenient. I’d stay here again. "

I have stayed in many hotels in my travels but from the moment we stepped into the reception office I was blown away by the exceptional service. Specifically the front desk named Hanine (I hope I got that right) dealing with him was a total pleasure: we had a couple changes we needed to make and he maneuvered us through the whole process in such a pleasant, calm, knowledgeable, and professional way. "We have stayed at this property in the past so it was an easy choice. The hotel is convenient to get to, the outside grounds are lovey, and there is lots of parking. Management cares about the condition of the grounds - they even have doggie dodo bags to make things easier. The suite we had was very clean and well maintained. "Staff was excellent, very clean, great continental breakfast. There should have been a more accurate desk of the geography that the property was on, extreme terrace landscaping with a lot of elevation change, not east for individuals with any mobility issues or significant luggage."
