The hotel was run down, not well maintained and breakfast was average. When we asked for a small amount of fresh milk for our coffee in the room, the staff came back with a large glass full of milk wanting 25 SEK.

unpleasant treatment and no promised service
after a very long drive we have arrive to find out that we were lied about our booking and there is an extra cost for using spa services. it was supposed to be a romantic trip and we drove all the way from Copenhagen to face very rude manager of the hotel and ending up cancelling the stay and destroying ...
