"I was skeptical when I entered the parking lot to check in. I always stay at Hilton anywhere but Toronto Hilton was too expensive this time and I booked this hotel. To my surprise, The room had clean bed and bedsheets. Clean bathroom and shower. Shampoo and soap provided in good qualities. Quiet hallways and even though no escalators, it was only two level building.
I loved it and next time , time comes, I would not stay at Hilton but I will choose this nice , clean, quiet property with good...

"Front lobby staff were excellent and very helpful on check-in, but had a rude experience with one front desk staff when asking for a late check-out, think the name was Karen and maybe a manager, who was very rude. She basically said "late check-out you pay" but when I went to the lobby to ask a young staff, she said "no problem take your time". We only checked-out late by about 15 minutes!
