"Stay away from this place. Old, dirty, dilapidated hallways, unsafe, marijuana odor, dingy and completely dark elevators. Filled with people under the influence (walk-ins that were coming and going to the bar we assumed) dressed inappropriately. We arrived on a Friday night and left first thing the next morning. Will never trust the ratings from hotels.com again. "

"Clean spacious room. Bathroom modern and stylish. Front desk staff friendly and attentive. Did not use valet service but they were outgoing and helpful. Being allowed to have bags held after checkout helped us get last bit of shopping and sightseeing. Samona went out of her way to be helpful and make my wife and I have best possible stay possible. Location of hotel can’t be beat. "

"The hotel facility and room were decent enough, however, my chief complaint was with the shuttle service they use to bring travelers from the airport. I received an email from the hotel partner to provide transportation, and I booked a pickup for my wife, arriving sperately, for $106. The service was to meet my wife with a sign with her name on it, but the driver never left the parking lot and it ended up being 45 minutes before they could connect. An Uber would have been twice as fast and much cheaper. Whereas this service was booked via the hotel system, I complained to them, but they shrugged it off and told me to take it up with the vendor. This is obviously some scam run by the vendor, since the driver said they never leave their cars to pick up passengers. So beware, if you use this service, you are paying double the usual fare and wasting time for nothing!"

"This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The property condition is dated and not aligned with the photos. The towels had visible stains on them. The coffee maker has and old and used pod in it. The bathtub was clogged then my room wasn’t cleaned on a two night stay. I’d highly recommend any travels to avoid this property at all cost. Then to charge a destination fee of $25 per day but run out of food choices a breakfast is incredibly. Id describe this as a historic property that is not in alignment with the travel of the future. "

"Breakfast staff is friendly but menu is always the same for the whole week. Coffee in lobby was never refilled unless reminded. (And a bit wait of course) "
