"The inn was okay and the staff were nice. Couldn’t sleep though which is the point of a hotel. Had a road facing room and could hear every single car as it sped by. Torture. The shower was also maybe the worst I’ve had in the last 5 years of constant travel. Felt like someone held a pinched hose over me and there was no water pressure at off peak shower times. "

"Check in was quick and easy. Staff were helpful and polite, even moved me from a room in the inn to an annexe room so I could be away from noise from bar. Also had a very good breakfast which is extra but excellent value for money. Definitely recommend it hotel and breakfast."

"Our room was excellent (Room 5) with sufficient space for 2 armchairs. Meals excellent. Staff friendly. We have shall visit again."

"Overall a poor experience. Very Expensive! Poor customer service and attitude from bar staff and breakfast waitress. Room needs a significant upgrade and safety check. We had an electric socket hanging off the wall. "

"Pleasant stay. Clean room. A not too loud alarm did disturb our sleep a little but it must have been nothing untoward? - fire regulations said to wait in bedroom until otherwise advised... fortunately no such advice was forthcoming!"
