We had a poor experience at this location. One of the only reasons we booked here was for the pool and when we went to use it was closed due to what we were told was a broken filter. The room was nice but did not have some of the amenities we expected such as an extra blanket with the sleeper sofa, there were only sheets. There was no lotion which I had planned to use after a rushed packing situation and the towels had an off smell to them. Also the microwave was very load for some reason which made our late night snacking difficult with the kiddos on the sleeper sofa. Otherwise the suite was nice. Modern and everything worked. Now the other guests, that was a different story. There was the essence of marijuana throughout the hallway, music playing almost all night long, and what sounded like a stampede of bison above us non stop into the wee hours of the morning even though there are quiet hours expressly stated at check in. I would definitely stay at a Residence Inn again, just not this location EVER!

If you request something from staff at this place, they will tell you yes and fail to deliver each time. I've stayed here twice, and I thought the first experience was a one off and tried it a second time. Each stay was a week or more. This last visit confirmed my first visit was not a one-off occurace but this place is poorly run. When I arrived, I asked for my room to be cleaned daily. To have that done, they informed me on my first visit that I needed to request it at check-in, which I did on my second visit. I was assured it would be done. When I arrived in my room, there were dirty dishes in the sink. I informed the front desk, and tye appologized and provided 5000 points as a concession. The first night, it was cleaned. The next three nights, no cleaning. I went to the front desk, spoke to the person there. He assured me I was on the list to be cleaned. I came back to the room after being out the next day, and it was not cleaned. I called and expressed that I needed someone to clean the room, or I'd be checking out that night when I returned from dinner. It was done. The remaining few nights, the room was cleaned only because I connected with the maid cleaning the house and explained the issue. She didn't even work that floor but said she would take care of it for me, and she did. Also, the streaming services for the TV were not working during my entire stay. Another issue is the entire place reeks of marijuana everywhere all the time.

The location and rooms are very nice. The facility is clean and has many amenities. I was disappointed in the housekeeping routine. I was not informed that they only clean the rooms once a week at check-in. Then I called the front counter after my room was not cleaned, and they apologized and said they would have it cleaned the next day. That didn't happen again. This lack of cleaning occurred for several days, and then one of the front counter staff informed me that they don't clean daily unless requested. I requested it from then on daily, but it never happened. During my entire 8-night stay, I was only able to get my room cleaned once, and they didn't change the bedding during that quick clean. I have to travel to Rocky Hill monthly and was planning on using this facility, but I'm going to try others due to the cleaning schedule and lack of communication.
