Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Even though I was just there for one day, they knew my name and were available for any questions. Room was very clean, breakfast was good as well. Very convenient stay for a Hersheypark trip. Close to I-81 and less than 20 minutes from the park. Great pricing even for suites.

The owners of this hotel were excellent! They were polite and extremely helpful. However, I will probably never stay at another Holiday Inn because of the uncomfortable furniture. From what I understand it is the corporation that decided to put in beds that are way too high and chairs that give me neck aches. CHANGE THE FURNITURE IN ALL YOUR HOTELS!!!!

Stayed here to attend a concert at Hershey Stadium. There is a lot of truck stops in that specific area but hotel is great. Breakfast was good, staff was helpful. I would stay again.

Overall a great experience. We went to Hershey and it is very easy and convenient to get to and from. Staff was great and accommodating. Kids said pool was cold and cloudy but other than that we enjoyed our stay!
