The room was ok, it could have used a second check by house keeping. Hotel was safe and staff was extremely pleasant and a joy! The room of kids across the hall absolutely ruined the first night since they must have had a hotel party in the room. Over all it was an okay stay.

This was a nice stay with nice amenities. Two things could have been and changed everything. The hot water was sparse, and we heard everyone up and down the hallway with loud doors.

Fantastic stay!

The room was spotless and clean and the bed and pillows were SO comfortable. Convenient location. The folks at the front desk were also soo friendly, even late at night when I checked in. I would definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff was outstanding. They were always helpful and welcoming. The property was convenient and the breakfast was very good. The only thing that kept me from giving the hotel a 10 rating were two housekeeping items. First, our wooden headboard had handprints and fingerprints all over it. Not sure how often they polish this but it did give us a bit of an uncomfortable feeling. We stayed two nights. The second night when we left to go to dinner, we noticed about 5-6 rooms around us had the doors ajar and the garbage was bagged and set outside the rooms in the hallway. When we returned to Dinner it was still there. When we checked out the next morning it was still there. Extremely odd, we had never seen room garbage left that long or left at all in a public hallway.

Staff was absolutely amazing! We had planned for a late check in, but plans had changed and we ended up arriving 2 hours *before* check IN time, and the woman at the front desk said our room was ready and we were good to check in. Room was comfortable and clean.

Arrival was great. We were accommodated with early check in. Breakfast was average American hot breakfast fare. Rooms were decent size with two bath and two beds. We asked for house keeping each day, but service was not provided. Likely understaffed.

Great water pressure also nice and hot. Lobby was clean and inviting. Staff was friendly and helpful, check in was seamless. We travelled with a friend and she had a separate room that had some type of small bugs all over the window sill her room was changed immediately her next room was like our room Cobb webs not very clean some cosmetic repairs were done poorly. Lackluster bathroom amenities lotion hand soap etc.. continental breakfast was standard. The noise level of other guest was out of hand at 4am. I was in Hershey
