"The ladies at the reception were terrible more especially the short lady very rude and arrogant,it was my birthday I was supposed to spend 3days but we ended up spending 2days due to toilet always getting blocked,never seen a hotel without intercom you will always have to go to the reception,no quality movies on the screen and we told the receptionist and they couldn’t help again instead there reply’s were rude.i can never go back to such hotel.total waste of money."

"Can’t beat the convenience when traveling into or out of Terminal 5. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, extremely comfortable with wonderful rooms, fantastic spa, and an amazing breakfast buffet. "

"Great staff, clean, easy to schedule shuttles that show up on time, and the bar and restaurant accommodated us close to closing time. "

"The room was perfectly adequate for one night, but it did not have tea or coffee. However, a 24 hour multimix tea/coffee/chocolate dispenser, free, is available adjacent to reception. Don’t expect haut cuisine either. The dinner menu includes meat balls with pasta. I asked if I could have meat balls with mashed potato but no, the meals come prepacked so substitutions are not possible. The meal came with a small bowl of peas and if I was in charge of the kitchen I’d be embarrassed to serve them. I might as well have been chewing on old bus tickets. They were totally flavourless. And don’t get your hopes up for the bar They have a large selection of spirits but only two draught beers, one being a lager and the other another light beer, and I had been looking forward to a good British IPA or even a bitter! Over all, I’m glad that I was there for only one night."

"Clean & welcoming, with friendly & efficient staff, the hotel is ideally situated for Terminal 5. The pod was new to us, but was easy to use & again, it was an efficient service."

"Reception staff were very helpful and provided clear guidance for the various public transport options. Breakfast was better than expected. Room was very quiet and just what we needed after a long day of travel."
