"Front Desk was conditional to who was working. A couple staff were very enthusiastic and helpful, empathetic to what the Air Canada mess created. Couple others were "just business", no smile, enthusiasm or empathy - lacking a personal touch. Lounge bartenders were exceptional. Rates were reasonable as well."

"The room was so gorgeous and beautiful! And the service and care / hospitality absolutely outstanding! Deserves a 10 star and above. The room we stayed in felt so "palatial" and was beautifully lit with such elegant touches to the decor - a huge bed with fluffy coverlets and a luxurious bath area.
