Great place to stay

We messed up our trip and left a day early (holiday brain) but the hotel was very good. The location is great, while you will hear the call to prayer it wasn't an issue for us

När vi bokade detta boende hade vi inga hlga förväntningar alls, då det var vårt i särklass billigaste val under vår resa på Sri Lanka. Men vi blev klart överraskade. Mycket serviceinriktad personal, bra läge, rent och fräscht. Hit kommer vi gärna tillbaka!

The hotel is basic and that's what we pay for. The town was unexpectedly quiet and shops/restaurants closed rather early. Should have picked Polonnaruwa over Anurahadpura.

Great view

A new hotel in Haputale, nice comfortable room with a great view, located an easy 5 mins from the train station, WiFi and breakfast were excellent and staff very helpful, I can’t fault this budget hotel. From here we did a trip to Horton Plains and Liptons seat we used a local taxi guy Raju 0775870379 who was excellent.
