"The place is app 15 minutes drive from the fort and the area is rather rural. The hotel has no restaurant and it is quite dirty. Especially the pool. The owners are very sweet and sericeminded but dont speak English. But they help you with everything. Unfortunately you CANNOT pay by card. That meant the owner spent the mirning driving me from ATM to ATM in order to gather enough cash to pay. Ridicilous! "

"we got off the train form Colombo & showed our booking paper to our Tuk-tuk driver. He rang to get instructions as to how to find them, only to be told it was CLOSED!!!!
