"Excellent Hotel for the price! Perfect location! Just came back from Hanoi today and wanted to share my experience. Very friendly, lovable staff, always there when you need something, never intrusive. Great communication even just shortly after booking, which was still months ahead. Use their airport transfer, private car, no waiting for other pickups, at a rate that will pleasantly surprise you. You can book tours with the hotel, too. I had mine already booked on Expedia. What about the included breakfast? Usually not for me, I never eat breakfast at home, so it takes a handful for me to talk about a meal I never eat anymore. The selection and variety was wonderful, including lots of savory options which I prefer over toast and sweet stuff. Tropical fruits for 2nds. Prepared and presented with LOVE. Excellent coffee, too. Coffee shop quality, Vietnamese Ca Phe shop though, not... ahem... you know who, lol. I travel solo, so the room was really nice for me. Wished it would have had more space for clothing. So for 2... you might want to book a spacier room option than what I had. One more thing: you probably plan some trips to Ha Long etc. So, be advised, busses are no longer allowed in the Old Quarter as an effort to improve air quality. You will need to meet your tour on pickup spots... by foot or with a "GRAB". That goes for all hotels in the area. If you book with this hotel, they might have transfer, but I don't know. They'll arrange for sure."
