No parking place available upon arrival. No early message from the hotel about this. Almost no assistance to find a parking place. You are in your own, thatbis not their problem. Otherwise it is avery good place, comfortable, good room and amenities, very well located if you are on the go

Tried it and won’t stay again

The hotel is well situated but we haven’t been happy with the cleanliness and service. Please see the pictures about the state of the room. I am not sure if the room was actually planned to be used as the lamps weren’t plugged in and the unit were the fridge was was very badly closed up. The dust behind the unit and in the vent is not great especially for my wife with asthma and COPD. We also asked for an additional pillow. The answer was: We don’t have many and if we got one will will bring it up. Guess what. No pillow available in the whole hotel. Won’t stay there again.
Both bedside lamps were not plugged in.
Lots of dust behind the unit were the fridge used to be. I only had a look because I needed to plug in the bedside lamp.
The cover fell off as it was glued on and fixed with one screw.

I liked that the room was quiet and clean, the receptionists were helpful. I did not like that the coffee I was supposed to drink for breakfst was luke warm, but upon complaining I was given a pot of hot coffee

Geht so…

Das Hotelangebot für eine Nacht nach einem späten Flug nach Hannover war mit 50€ sehr günstig und nahe am Flughafen gut zu erreichen. 24h-Checkin ohne Aufpreis! Das Zimmer war insgesamt ok, es gab einen Wasserkocher und Tee und Kaffee, sauber war soweit auch alles, aber teils schon etwas verwohnt. Leider konnte man mit den Gardinen das Zimmer nicht wirklich verdunkeln, nur dimmen. Die Matratze war auch eher schon am Ende ihrer Lebenszeit. Krass und nicht nutzbar waren allerdings die Kopfkissen, die waren so fest und hoch, dass man da unmöglich den Kopf drauf ablegen konnte, ohne Genickstarre zu bekommen. Also alles in allem so lala… Frühstück hatten wir nicht. Vllt bekommt man auf Wunsch andere Kissen…? Gefragt haben wir nicht.
