"I arrived at 5 pm. Two hours after the 3 pm check in time. I had to wait 30 minutes for my room to be cleaned and made available to me. This made me late for my event. The clerk at the desk told me to change clothes in the bathroom in the lobby so I wouldn't be late. They refused to comp or refund the room because I booked through Expedia. I said that was unacceptable so they offered me free snacks and I had to work really hard to talk them into giving me free breakfast. They didn’t apologize. This experience and the overall service did not meet the expectations of a 9.8 rating. So very disappointing."
