"Overall pleasant experience had during our stay. Super convenient for an early flight and the breakfast was good value. We booked a superior twin room but we were given an accessible room in which the view of the runway wasn’t that good, it was large and clean however. My partner found the bed to be uncomfortable and I managed to get an ok nights sleep. We didn’t check out any of the hotels other amenities but the staff were super friendly and welcoming which made the check in and check out experience perfect."

"We had a great stay at this modern, upscale hotel. Our room was large and nicely decorated and had large windows overlooking Gothenburg from the 21st floor. The rate included spa access and daily breakfast. The spa is very good, and we took advantage of the sauna, pool and other amenities. Location is across the street from Liseberg, a large amusement park, but a bit further away from the other major tourist attractions. However, Gothenburg is not a huge city, and we were able to walk and scooter everywhere in under 40 mins. We really enjoyed our stay at the Upper House and would highly recommend it to others looking for an upscale stay."

"We had a fabulous stay at your hotel. From the moment of arrival to the end. Customer service were available 24/7. They were warm and friendly even at busy times. They offered us comfort. We had no access to the World Cup football in our room and were kindly offered another room which offered much more room and comfort for me and my two teenage girls. I have OCD with cleanliness and I can testify to the cleanliness of the facilities. Dining is great. The food was wonderful- breakfast, fika and dinner. Please be mindful of food wastage, take what you can eat. The gym is absolutely massive and has great facilities. I recommend 100%"
