It was great, clean, great service and a nice venue for the event i also attended there. My obly downside is the iron is terrible!! It took me 45 mins to iron one shirt, this is poor

Property was average with exception to the A/C in the rooms which was miserably hot. Although very nice, staff couldn't do anything - I saw them giving a fan to one customer so this was a problem for others. We checked out (1) day early because we couldn't stand it anymore and they wouldn't refund us the (1) night. Wouldn't stay here again.

Gute Lage und sauberes Zimmer. Einrichtung etwas veraltet aber nicht weiter tragisch, wenn man dort ja nur schläft. Frühstück war etwas einfach gehalten, aber akzeptabel.

市内中心部からは少しだけ離れていますが、ホテル前が空港バス、トラムや市内バスのハブになっていて、交通は至極便利です。また、目の前にはリセベリ遊園地、徒歩数分でボルボ博物館や美術館があり、観光にも便利です。付属施設のスパも素晴らしいです。唯一驚いたのは、「Don't Disturb」の札を掛けていなかったのでと、朝8時半に清掃員がノックして入ってきたことです。
Tower２の外観、19階に底面ガラス張りの屋外プールが外に突き出ていて、足下に歩く人が見える。

This Hotel is in the best location, as we were visiting Liseberg, which is directly opposite. The hotel is lovely very modern and stylish, the breakfast is also spot on. However as the hotel is on the pricier side I’d have expected air conditioning in the room, or at least a window that can be cracked open

Godt hotel. Kedelig udsigt hvis ikke man får et værelse mod gaden. Parkering betaler man en formue for og alligevel skal man meddele minimum en halv time før man vil bruge bilen.

Överlag ett toppenhotell men några saker drog ner helhetsintrycket. Det luktade avlopp i badrummet, roomservicen tog en timme på kvällen (ca 21.30 så inte peak middagstid) och när maten kom var burgaren och pommesen kalla. Utomhuspoolen hade behövt bättre rengöring - fullt med hudpartiklar och skräp i vattnet… Skyltar om telefonförbud i spaet men 8 av 10 gäster stod med mobilerna i vattnet och fotade/filmade konstant. Plus för bra frukost, läget och sköna sängar.

Bra hotell om du ska till Liseberg

Bra hotell men vårt rum var tyvärr inte helt rent (gamla åkband låg vi soffan, smutsigt i hörnen i badrummet och långa hår i sängen). Men för övrigt var allt super och mycket trevlig personal. Frukosten är toppen. Kommer åka dit igen
