🏝️ Impressive Trip in the summer holiday 2025

1. Room space was so enough for 2 adults plus 1 child 2. Balcony was so good for viewing the full of Qiandao Hu (lake) incl. sunrise & sunset, and as well as for drying the laundry, very convenient 3. Indoor/outdoor swimming pool very relaxing, also can be enjoyed the hot spring 4. Breakfast was great, the space was huge, foods were varying and delicious, incl. Chinese/Western/Hot/Cool/salt/sweet etc 5. Walkable at the night around the hotel and lake

景觀一絕

這次住的湖景房景觀真的一絕，連浴室泡澡都能看到景觀，房裏的陽台就是賞千島湖日落的好地點！ 早餐選擇也很多，比較可惜是泳池好像沒有在運營，自行車租借也並不方便。

Good but need improvement

service should be trained upto global standard, partners I am using the same standard of other Sharaton Hotel in key cities. Front desk is nice and friendly, but should more proactive, like call the customer to confirm if I have registered membership as well as ask me if I have drive and issue me the parking ticket. In terms of condition, I have to point out the shower facility, which I would like to use handy shower but the forest shower is keep watering on the top. For breakfast, the option is less, taste is not satisfy, personal opinion, but bakery items is very good. For the rest, I would say good.

Very relaxing stay, view on the lake. breakfast is good. there is outdoor pool and indoor pool and gym. many local restaurant nearby, and the hotel has 3 restaurants. one of them server the local famous dish: fish head soup. it tastes delicious.

隔日還續住…門口有掛上請勿打擾…早上10點多就有服務員開門要打掃，睡夢中讓人來不及穿衣服。五星外觀只有一星服務。電話開通撥打外線要等10分鐘。保險箱無法打開也是等了10分鐘。酒店叫的出租車無跳錶…被司機喊價吭錢。住湖景房但晚上一片黑也看不到什麼。這酒店不值得花2500¥高房價入住。

Great place to visit

Excellent location by the lake and close to the amenities. The hotel was clean, spacious with good leisure facilities. Checking out was not a good experience. It took nearly 20 minutes and it was not clear what we were being charged with. Without the help of a Chinese speaking friend we would not have resolved the issues to our satisfaction.
