Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Pros: 1. Great breakfast food selections 2. Staff are actively resolving issues for us 3. Staff were able to check us in although having issues with Expedia 4. Laundry is convenient with WeChat mini program notifications Cons: 1. Staff tried to ask us to cancel from Expedia and pay them directly, which they had issues with Expedia on payment. This is a warning sign to us that they tried to escape from Expedia, which I insisted to stay with Expedia 2. The room isn’t fully checked before check-in: shower door missing strips, exterior window glass is dirty 3. Water temperature is an issue when taking shower and using washrooms together
