Located only a 2 minute walk from the main publicly accessible statues, very convenient. If you want to eat at a restaurant you can walk along the beach into town past several dining options. The only downside is the very occasional power cuts in the evening of a hotter day but they were usually only 15 minutes at a time when we were there end of December so manageable.

Wonderful property: the room was so comfortable and spacious for our family of four. The walk into town is beautiful, right next to the best sunset viewing on the island. Valentina is an incredible host, offering great suggestions and assistance.

We had a great stay here with our family of four. The location is great - we loved being close to Ahu Tahai and the walk to town was enjoyable. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Valentina was our host and she was fantastic with lots of great suggestions. The room was clean and comfortable. We appreciated being able to cook some meals and hear the ocean. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Quiet and new

After a long flight, having an airport greeting and pickup was welcomed. The property is beautiful and located near a couple of restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel. Thank-you to Maria and Caroline for a great hotel experience.

The host was the absolute sweetest. Super accommodating and fast to respond to any inquiry. Great customer service. The property is updated and the beads are great. The water doesn’t get super hot. From our lanai we could see the ocean and the maoi. I didn’t have any problems but our flights were messed up by the airline and I ended up arriving a day early and my companions a day late. Fortunately they were able to accommodate and she had everything ready again when the second wave arrived.

Just wow!!

Wow! Could not fault the property or the staff! Everything about the stay was perfect. Our host was just so lovely, felt like greeting an old friend when I got a hug at the airport pick up. The rooms - what can I say? Just gorgeous. The beds were so comfy, the kitchen was clean, the bathroom was just what we need after a long day of exploring. The pool and hot tub is such a nice extra as well! The speakers playing music in the evening in the sitting area as well really added to the perfect island vibe. We were a group of 6 in our early twenties and this place was perfect. Would be ideal for couples or families as well. If you need anything at all, the hosts cannot do enough. From booking tours, restaurants, to leaving beach towels and robes for use around the pool. I have travelled a fair amount and this is the first time I’ve been so impressed with a hotel and hosts that I have left such a rave review. This has got to be the best place to stay on Easter Island

The hotel is a hidden gem. Even with GPS, you're not sure you're driving in the right direction. However, when you arrive, you're pleasantly surprised at the new appearance of the hotel. The room was large, with a balcony that looked out on the ocean. Bathroom was roomy and a/c excellent. The disappointing issues were a lot of steps to get to our room, which would prevent anyone who has difficulty walking from staying there, and the lack of a restaurant and/or bar. However, there are many excellent restaurants only minutes away from the hotel. Overall, a ture "diamond in the rough".

I recently had an incredible stay at a loft that exceeded all my expectations! The fully equipped kitchen allowed me to prepare all kinds of meals, which was a real treat. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, picking me up from the airport and always being available to assist with anything I needed The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms were very spacious, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. The beautiful decor added a special touch to the ambiance, making the space feel cozy and inviting During my stay, I also had the pleasure of joining some professional tours and renting a buggy from a local company. We even scheduled a show that added to the fun of the experience. One of the highlights was watching the spectacular sunsets, with breathtaking views of the moais right from the loft! Overall, my experience was truly wonderful, and I highly recommend this loft to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!!

Not at all worth the very expensive price per night. Hare Nua Boutique in town is much better choice. This property is outside of the main town about 2km (too far to walk back at night so I didn’t catch any shows or try dinners in town). However it is very close walk to the Tahai moai which is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful as they can be. The disappointing parts were the walls were paper thin and I could hear anyone next to me on either side when they talked, walked or were in the bathroom. Also I missed my first night due to a canceled flight and they did nothing at all to help me or reimburse me for any lost money.

We were sold saying cold breakfast is included. But this place does not even provide a glass of water :( and forget any early checkin or late checkout. Also they overcharge for airport transfer. It’s better to stay somewhere else

Este alojamiento vale cada peso gastado, es de los lugares mas bonitos que nos toco ver en la isla, pequeño pero acogedor! La chica de recepcion muy amable, siempre atenta a dar información y a las necesidades de nosotros como huespedes! Nuestra habitacion tenia vista parcial al mar, piscina y tina de hidromasaje.! La decoracion muy calida, limpia y el detalle de las flores como recibimiento estuvo precioso. Contabamos con un refrigerador con nevera lo que fue muy útil porque transportabamos medicamento con congelantes. La verdad muy recomendado.!
Entrada al hotel, en carro esta a 5 minutos del centro, caminando se pueden hacer unos 30 o 40 minutos lo cual no es problema porque las vistas son increíbles y no se percibe el tiempo recorrido, solo por las noches si se recomienda tomar un taxi

El hotel lindo, no hay restaurante pero hay una cocineta y puedes hacer tus desayunos perfectamente, la recepción no está todo el dia, y está a 6 minutos caminando de una plataforma de Moais.

Nuestra estadía en Tahai Loft fue simplemente espectacular! Desde el momento en que nos recogieron en el aeropuerto, todo fue de primer nivel. El personal, un amor, súper atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar con lo que necesitáramos. La ubicación no podría ser mejor: al lado del museo y con una vista impresionante de los moai al atardecer... de otro nivel! El loft es precioso, lleno de detalles. Las camas, un lujo; los baños, impecables; y la cocina tenía absolutamente todo para preparar algo rico cuando nos daban ganas. Además, los tours que tomamos con ellos fueron una maravilla, súper bien organizados, y arrendar un buggy para recorrer la isla fue lo máximo. De verdad, quedamos enamorados. No queríamos irnos. ¡Recomendadísimo, un must si van a la isla!

Nuestra experiencia en Tahai Loft fue excelente. Las camas eran muy cómodas y los baños modernos, con todo lo que necesitábamos para descansar a gusto. La cocina completamente equipada fue una gran ventaja, pudimos cocinar todo lo que quisimos durante nuestra estadía. Lo mejor fue el trato cercano y amable del personal. Nos recogieron en el aeropuerto y estuvieron siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos muy bienvenidos. Los tours fueron muy profesionales, y aprendimos mucho sobre la historia de la isla. Además, agendamos un show local y rentamos un buggie, lo que nos permitió explorar la isla de una manera divertida y diferente. La ubicación es inmejorable: el museo está justo detrás del hotel y muchos puntos de interés están a pocos minutos caminando. Además, la vista al atardecer, con los moáis a lo lejos, fue espectacular. Las instalaciones son modernas, muy cómodas y acogedoras, lo que nos hizo sentir como en casa. Definitivamente volveríamos y recomendamos este lugar a quienes busquen una experiencia auténtica y tranquila en Rapa Nui!
