"Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website.
Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to.
Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...

"We stopped here for 3 nights to be near a venue we were attending.The staff very helpful The room was comfortable, clean with a walk in shower . Tea and coffee and hair dryer in the room . Would definitely book again if in the area."

"Really good deal for the 3 of us for hotel with the night including dinner and breakfast. Staff were really good so was spa facilities for what you paid for. Overall would go again.
But disappointed with dinner wasn’t told it was a buffet till we got to the restaurant ( we did prebook calling few days before and saw staff at check in where there was opportunity to tell us)
Though the staff where excellent at accommodating the group member who had a food allergy and letting her choose of menu....

"The room was okay. This was a remodel of an older hotel. The lobby was nice, the exterior was nice, but the room had been smoked in the past, and once that is baked into the walls and carpets, it never comes out. "Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of diffent options. A bit disappointed that there werent soft drinks available on tap only in bottles or cans and they were a bit pricey at £2.75 for a small 200ml bottle of Pepsi.
Limited choice of menu for evening meal and again a bit pricey but very nice.
The rooms were excellent, comfortable and easily accessible. The staff were fabulous and very polite and friendly!"
